This website uses so-called “technical” cookies to carry out activities that are strictly necessary for the operation or delivery of the service. These cookies, while unique are not used for any purpose other than delivering this website to your browser.- We do not use cookies to track visitors, measure traffic, or analyze user behavior.
- We do not use any form of analytic cookies.
- We do not serve adverts through this website and do not use any third party cookies.
Personally identifiable information:
We collect very limited amounts of personally identifiable information:- Server logs will contain an IP address which (depending on ISP) may be used to uniquely identify you. We are unable to disable these logs, but would if we could. We do not use the data collected in the server logs for any purpose other than gauging unique visitor count numbers.
- When you use the "Contact Us" form any information entered into the form will be sent to us via email. This information is not stored on our webserver other than for the time necessary to process and send us an email. The email received will be stored and archived for a minimum of 3 months, and maximum of 24 months. The data contained in these emails will be used for no purposes other than answering questions and responding to feedback. In the case of received feedback or bug reports, the personally identifiable information (email address, and if provided name) will be removed and only the message contents will be stored outside of our email system. We encourage you to use a nickname and an email address which does not contain your real name, but have no control over this if you choose not to do so.
- If you make a purchase through our Ko-fi, Fourthwall or other vendor you will need to provide them with payment information and other personally identifiable information. Some of this information may also be emailed to us. We will ensure that we are provided with the minimum required amount of personally identifiable information (ideally limited to Name and email) from these third parties. The email received will be stored and archived for a minimum of 3 months, and maximum of 24 months. The personally identifiable information contained in these emails will be used for no purposes other than accounting. The Vendor's own privacy policy, cookie policy, and other relevant policies apply as soon as you leave our website.
- If you make a donation through our Ko-fi you will need to provide them with payment information and other personally identifiable information. Some of this information may also be emailed to us. We will ensure that we are provided with the minimum required amount of personally identifiable information (limited to Name, and email). Entries to the donation tracker will be anonymous and not contain any personally identifiable information. The email received will be stored and archived for a minimum of 3 months, and maximum of 24 months. The personally identifiable information contained in these emails will be used for no purposes other than accounting.
